Booked 3 flights for international travel from Miami - Rome - Cairo. Things went smoothly UNTIL I was unable to select and reserve seats for the final flight from Rome - Cairo which had a stop over and plane change in Athens. I called Businessclass.com, my agent and they said they couldn't help me. So, I called Air Italia first ( whom we fly first and who is connected on our flight chain with the same booking number) - they pointed to Aegean Air since this is airline we fly out of Rome to Athens. Aegean Air customer service said it's Egypt Air operating the flight from Athens to Cairo, so only Egypt Air can help me secure seats. With no US based or toll free # I had to call Egypt Air direct. Guess what, they can't help me select/reserve seats either. I have since spent countless hours attempting to obtain assistance from businessclass.com. Several false promises to contact airlines on my behalf and get back to me, which did not happen over a span of 10 days. Final call to businessclass.com today requesting to speak with a manager or supervisor after running around the same circle trying to secure/reserve seats on the Egypt Air flight. As a seasoned traveler I know if one does not select seats upon reservation it is a high risk for not being able to get on the plane, regardless of having a ticket purchased over 6 months ahead of time. We are joining a two week long group trip in Cairo and have very little wiggle room for flight delays. ( We always include a buffer in our travel, but not having seats reserved was not anticipated) Businessclass.com could care less. Businessclass.com is happy to take your money, but has ZERO customer service or support after they have your money. I highly recommend you RUN away from using this company.

The ticket price was pretty decent but what my pet peeve was that I need to spend overnight in Rome and ITA airway won't cover hotel coz there was an earlier flight that didn't require staying overnight
