Yoga for alle

Discovered this place Easter 2018, and I'll keep on attending classes here until Yoga are made illegal.Truly a welcoming and inclusive place with a wide range of different classes. Whether you're able to put your forehead on your knees, or have some trouble if you have to tie your shoelaces, there's a class suitable for you too at this studio :)Also, only 50 kroner per session, and no membership or any other hidden costs that so many other studios have.

The head instructor Siv has a wide variety of teaching styles so she can handle relaxing beginner sessions and high-intensity intermediate/expert sessions with ease. If you have some specific body parts that need work then she can often modify the session accordingly, if you mention it to her before the class starts.

I went to yoga with Siv back in 2014 for the first time, and wow what a community! I love the idea of making yoga easy and accessible for all, with good drop in prices and a very fun and playful atmosphere. Every time I go back to Stavanger I make sure to get a class or two in at Yoga for alle. I'm super glad to see it's expanded since I went the first time, and hope to see it grow further. And it's definitely my go to place for Yoga in Stavanger!
