Really friendly and caring security lady, im so thankful for her she immediately helped me out!Other than that, it was really confusing and chaotic for me to find out where to go. So many desks and so many people - police and tax office on the same floor, it was a bit much ...Also I don't get why I even made an appointment beforehand when I need to get a number there at the entrance and wait for over an hour until the lady behind the desk of the room with my number finishes calling (spoiler: she wasn't even finished after one hour and 15 minutes)She also didn't seem like she wanted to talk to me. And I was already very nervous, which didn't make it any better.All in all not the best experience of my life.

Es verdad que coges número al llefar y tienes que esperar un poco. Pero en mi caso las dos veces queche ido el trato ha sido de primera y me gan ayudado a rellenar un documento que no había completado.

I had visited SUA after I had received my permit, so I just went there for verification.It's a large premise where multiple cases are being handles simultaneously regarding application submission, verification, tax etc. But you should not get confused just follow whatever is written on the screens in the building.Even if you have scheduled an appointment with them, I'd suggest that you reach at least 30 minutes early and you still must get the queue number from the machine there (as per your case). In some cases you must have an appointment.This was confusing to me as well as I thought why should I get the queue number if they already have information regarding my appointment and I should be called accordingly. But you must get the queue number and then wait for your number to turn up on the screen along with the cabin number where your passport will be checked or documents will be collected.The officers in the cabin are polite and ready to answer your random queries too. I asked a couple of questions from the security people in the building but they don't have much knowledge.Parking could be a problem, but I found one area two blocks away from SUA.

Long waiting time though I had an appointment for renewing my work permit as a skilled worker.Had to wait 1 hour and half after my appointment to get in.But the staff was nice.
