Great experience! Employee was ready with our key upon arrival. We were upgraded and the car was immaculate.The hybrid saved us money on gas and 4 wheel drive made it easy to navigate Norwegian roads. Thank you Hertz! You rock

we have travelled the world renting cars, this is one of the worst experiences. After returning the car without scratches, we get some photos with dents and scratches from Hertz Tromso and they charged us (without notifying us of giving receipt in advance) 1000 eur. They included loss of income for a daz of not renting the car for a scratch that we did not do! Why would they do that?!And they also charged us twice for some tolls and we got the receipt only after they charged the cards. Our credit card looks like a shopping list because of them. So when we saw someone is buying things with our card we blocked the card, we thought someone is stealing... maybe it was ... :/ Only then they sent us the receipt of what they wanted to charge and what we should pay. I thintk it might be one of the two worst experiences in rentig a car for me, and i have rented over a 100. I wont be renting from hertz anytime in the future, that is for sure.

Nefasta experiencia, nos dieron un Suzuki Ignis, con los discos de freno de muy gastados.Y ahora un mes después me envían una factura de 200€ de un parking en Oslo en el que nunca estuvimos. Se les escribió una reclamación y ni siquiera responden.Recomiendo que nadie trabaje con estos estafadores que mientras tengan tu número de tarjeta de crédito te van a estar cargando costes y recibos de cosas y servicios que nunca has usado.Son unos ladrones.

L'agence a annulé notre réservation quelques heures avant notre arrivée (nous étions dans un avion un peu en retard), sans aucun mail ni appel, alors que nous l'avions faite 2 mois à l'avance. Le prétexte (et quelle mauvaise foi) a été que nous n'avions pas enregistré le numéro de vol pourtant noté comme facultatif" sur le site. Nous sommes pourtant habitués à la location de voiture lors de nos voyages.Aucune aide
