Decent but not the best selection of special books (not too many travel guides or hobby books like quiz books etc). Lots of other books like fiction and nonfiction in addition to school and office equipment and birthday or Christmas cards. You can probably order most books and pick them up in the store too, even during the pandemic.

Plenty of room for improvement.Online shopping logic on the website only works if you know exactly what you want. If you want to browse to see what is available in a specific location, it's pretty hopeless. Plenty of unnecessary clicks to buy one small thing from a nearby store.Employee at Løren seemed so stressed that she didn't have any capacity for showing friendliness or patience. I wanted to run away and never come back.
