I ended up sharing a house with two aggressive alcoholics. I was given a room of 3m2 with only a bed of poor quality and nothing else. The two alcoholics were drinking day and night and making noise so that I couldn't sleep. The trip from the house to work was around 90 minutes ( walking, bus, train ) and 90 minutes back, carrying tools, helmet, lunch and other stuff. At the building site there was no toilet. The whole experience cost me 800 euros . I packed up after 4 days of hell and returned back to Croatia where everything is three times cheaper and can probably earn as much as a tradesmen as I can earn in Norway. Would recommend to anyone applying with this company to sort out every little detail otherwise you will end up unsatisfied. The people at the office were friendly and helpful but they can’t expect tradesmen with tools traveling to work 3 hours every day and then coming home and having to put up with aggressive alcoholics who are by the way smokers even though I have pointed clearly that I don’t won’t to live with smokers.

Not bad at all.

It is a fair company , with professional staff , and it is in the Scandinavian spirit (hate it or love it) , so if you are not proud to do your job you don’t belong to this company .
