Landa Park

Difficult to rate this campsite as it was only just opening for the season when we arrived. But can't fault the owner who was very friendly. The shower facilities were good but nothing else was open.

‘Babies are not allowed to cry’After reading several reviews of the owner letting people party until 2am with loud music, the same guy yells at us that my baby crying will disturb people who are sleeping, at 1 in the afternoon in an open campsite. The rudest and bigoted owner we have ever encountered. Would happily smile at everyone but wouldn’t even look us in the eye at the reception. Just walked past us twice, even when we were there for check in. We had to wait for a long time before we knew he was the owner.Can’t say if he is a racist ( we were the only non-whites there) but definitely has an attitude. Hopefully he is just racist, as that would mean less people would have a problem here!

Stayed here and certainly enjoyed the campsite and surroundings. Excellent facilities !! If you are visiting Preikestolen it’s worth traveling just a little farther to enjoy a quite, rural Norwegian camp site.

Koselig parkering, med særdeles trivelig vertskap. Ligger praktisk til for mange flotte fjellturer.Rent og pent sanitæranlegg. Kjøkkenet og oppvaskmulighetene kunne vært litt større mtp på størrelsen på plassen.

Levende miljø. Fantastisk service. Veldig rimelige priser.

Hytta vi fikk tildelt var helt ny og bar preg av å ikke være ferdig. Det var et enkelt og lite rom med dobbeltseng, sofa og et lite bord. Senga var av grei kvalitet. Sofaen manglet sofaputer i ryggen. Dette ble skaffet etter 3 dager. Ytterdøra lot seg ikke låse. Dette ble også fikset etter 3 dager. Toalettet manglet toalettpapir-oppheng og tørkepapir. Kvinnedusjen manglet tilstrekkelig trykk på varmtvannet til at det var mulig å få varmt vann.Det var vanskelig å få tak i noen som kunne hjelpe oss i resepsjonen.Her er det mye å ta tak i, dessverre.

Landa Park living museum and campsite at the Lysefjord ForsandOn the green flat camper area are beautiful replicas of buildings from the Viking era.A lot of work has been done on new shower buildings and new camper cabins. There is a living room and kitchen for camping guests.The site managers are friendly and do their very best to preserve the historic buildings to keep the story of the original burial mounds tangible and visible, including on the grounds.Interesting for tourists but also for the Nordic heritage.Just go and see!

Beautiful place , very clean and quiet . We will come here again .

Lovely hut Freya, small though spacious feeling and excellent bed! Great hosts and relaxed camping place with facilities. Minus: 6 huts with 2-6 guests each, need to share 1 set of toilet / shower. And huts are all interconnected, with thin walls, so be aware that you will hear voices and sounds at all times.
