Beautiful small fjord village with jawdropping scenery around it. Popular in Cruise industry as it gives you an amazing scenic sailing through the entire fjord. I am posting just a small timelaps of sailaway onboard Carnival Pride from July 2022.

The most beautiful place. We cruised into this peaceful.fjord early morning after an overnight sailing from Bergen. On waking at 6.00 am the sheer magnificence of the reflected mountains in the still fjord waters stilled the air. The quiet, the stillness, the tranquillity; hammered steel, grey brooding mountains not a coloyr to be seen as this vista awoke broodingly into the day. A short walk along the waters edge to gain further views was all that was neefed to complete the day.

What an amazing place to visit. The scenery says it all. Quite a walk into the town, great information centre with a shop and cafe attached. Enjoyed a trip out on RIB boat around the surrounding area, definitely worth it.
