I , as a solo traveller, joined a small group tour organised by 50 Degree North Nordic February 2023.We visited north of Finland, Norway and Sweden. The highlight of this tour is that we managed to see the spectacular shows of Northern Light twice, it was very lucky indeed.The itinerary, accommodations, food, transportation and related service as well as the tour leader were all excellent. The tour included lots of exciting activities e.g. dog-sledge riding, snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, staying the igloos and ice hotel, visiting Sami village and riding reindeer-sledge etc., I enjoyed my whole trip very much.I was with a small group of 7 people, our tour guide Kati- a Finnish lady- was superb. She was professional, warm, friendly and she provided a very high standard of personal service; definitely she added the extra pleasure to my trip. She kept us informed of daily activities, provided useful information and advice, took lots of photos for us even without being asked.Before and after the organised group tour, I had a couple of free days by myself. Based on my request, 50 Degree North Nordic arranged the relevant accommodations, transportation and activities for me, everything went well.By the way, the communication with the company was terrific. I emailed the company regarding an activity voucher before I joined the group tour, I got prompt reply and the problem was solved. I am very happy for their service.Although it is an very expensive trip, you get what you paid for. In short, I highly recommend this company.

Fifty Degrees North arranged a 10-day private family trip to Finland. There was 6 of us and 3 generations ranging from 10 years to 78 years. The trip was the most extraordinary experience for all of us. We could not fault any of our accommodation, transfers or sightseeing tours. We were advised where to shop for local delicacies, cool places to eat and drink and they even pre-booked a restaurant for my 50th birthday celebrations. A brilliant company to deal with and we can’t wait to go back someday.

The entire journey was made with considering our preferences for time and places to visit, but packed with their expertise and local Knowledge. One of our bus journeys was delayed and before we even realised, the emergency team had us sorted already with alternative option, so we didn't miss the next leg. I can truly recommend 50 Degrees North.

John and I had a great , adventurous and explorative time travelling with 50 Degrees North Lapland Highlights Escorted Tour during February 2023 ! They were extraordinarily helpful during the planning ; beforehand , during and after the actual tour ! Their varied suggestions to suit our age , interests and individual capabilities were extremely supportive ! Thank you 50 Degrees North ! As a result our small group of fellow travellers quickly became friends sharing laughter and joy along the way . We were all so very lucky to see the Northern lights and their glory on several occasions ably assisted by our talented guide Kati ! Nothing seemed too much for her which was quite amazing ! Glass roofed igloos , dog sledding , reindeer racing and the famous Ice Hotel were all part of the Itinerary. I would absolutely and completely recommend this journey with Fifty Degrees North .

I went on a dog sledding tour with through Sweden with my family last year. The scenery was amazing, the people were lovely and the experience, as a whole, was life changing. It was the perfect holiday for teenagers and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone !!
