Good place to live but little far away from the city centre. One the biggest SIO housing facility upto 72 buildings and big community with international students.There is a SIO ATHLETICA. Common study room.Kiwi minimart. It is sorrounded by natural Landscape and a beutifull Lake sognsvann, it is on 5 min walk with a long jogging track . There are 3 football grounds and 2 common excercise areas too! Summers are great but in winters roads are very slipary specially the side walks.

I spent more than happy 2 years at this student housing. It might not be the best and fanciest student housing in Oslo and it is a little farther away from the city center than some other student houses but the perks of living here like having a beautiful lake and a nice forest just on a few minutes walk and being a few stations away from UIO (university) makes life there very pleasant and convenient. And on long winter nights you can have a huge hockey stadium (just next to the student village) all to yourself to skate.

Et godt utbygget sted for studenter med en stor overvekt av internasjonale beboere. Men til å være et så stort kompleks så er det både hyggelig og praktisk. Ikke sett fra deg saker du ønsker å ta med deg videre, mye forsvinner kjapt der oppe

Nice and HUGE student housing campus. Supermarket in this Studenby, big laundry, work out spaces, and and and : an amazing lake at 2min walk from Kringsjå : Sognsvann Lake. Best place to be for students.

Not the fanciest student village but is usually calm. It has a metro Station just a minute away and also a super market
