Absolutely pathetic excuse for a taxi service. Calls are not received, customer service is poor and person speaking on the other end of the phone is uncivilized. Service treats customers poorly BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY SERVICE in the area. I will PAY people to not use this service, because your money would be better spent if sent to an orphanage. The owner confuses himself as being the head minister of Flåm/Aurland and treats customers like they are owe him a favour. Absolutely terrible, please also refer to the previous ONE STAR review given by someone else. If you want to do one good thing in life, it will be to shut this taxi service down permanently or punch the guy in charge. Thank you Google for allowing me to give an honest review.

We had a great experience using the taxi several times between Flam and Aurland. We were there in winter when it was quiet, and they were able to pick us up within 30 minutes of calling. They were responsive and the drivers were great. If you're there in summer or you have a tight schedule, book in advance!! It's a small company - they can only accommodate so many people.

Rude & inconsiderate. Aggressive towards other drivers. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible treatment, they left us waiting almost 2 hours in the rain. I tried to contact the agency but Benjamin (the manager) taked in a not very polite way. I feel betrayed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE, INSTEAD USE THE BUS THEY ARE MUCH BETTER.

Abbiamo avuto una pessima esperienza. Siamo un gruppo di 8 persone.Avevamo prenotato per le ore 8 della mattina per fare un tour di un paio d'ore. Nessuno si presenta al punto di ritrovo e solo dopo molte telefonate ci ha risposto dicendo che si era dimenticato. Purtroppo essendo l'unico taxi a flam ci siamo adeguati a fare il tour alle 12. Arriva in ritardo di 30 minuti senza avvertire . Iniziamo il tour" ma facciamo solo uno stop invece di due e veniamo riportati prima del tempo stabilito allo stesso costo;. Consiglio di fare con i mezzi locali."

Unresponsive, rude, unreliable - but unfortunately your only option if public transport is done for the day (after 6pm basically). The driver who ended up taking us was super nice and helpful, but the owner is terrible and everyone we asked in town knew it and had the same answer “good luck.” We almost paid a random person on the street to take us home. Flam, for such a great tourist destination, get a better taxi company!!
