They are helpful and welcoming but they have lots to improve upon. The online passport tracking system indicates passport is ready to be collected but you call them and it’s not the case. They don’t respond to emails either.

After being on the call for about 25 minutes, nobody picked up the phone even though I was told I am number 1 in the queue. I sent them a message and 3 days now I haven't had any response. This is very bad. It's a shame!
