I used the online store. I am very satisfied with everything: very fast shipping, accurate products, and fast arrival by DHL.I remember there was one other online store in Norway, but it was definitely better than the US and EU countries.However, the online store in the UK is rather good, though.Please keep up the good selection of products and the reliable online store.

Purchased a Valstar a1 suede jacket and was a bit worried about shipping etc after having an order cancelled from a well known English retailer and not being able to find any reviews about the website. After contacting them found they have great customer service and the jacket arrived in Australia in less than one week which is quicker postage than inside Australia. I look forward to hopefully purchasing more from this store. The only comment I would suggest is that you list the fit of the jacket as either standard or slim fit. I knew the fit was standard by looking at the measurements but someone who is not familiar with Valstar may not have figured it out. Hope your shop goes really well because it was so easy to purchase from you.
