Like many others reviews - Hertz Stavanger assigned some scratches to us, minor damage that was already present before we rented the car.We rented the car late in the afternoon, and were so excited to visit the region that we forget to take pictures of the car before going.We spent our weekend in the country side making sure to park the car in safe places with no other cars around.Before using the car at the office we were institing on having full coverage - but this option is not proposed by Hertz. We took their best available options and paid with additionals fees but at the end there was still a 1500NOK liability - they should've alert us.Then after we dropped the car I received a notification on the damages - when I called to complain of course I didn't have any photos to prove it and the agent informed me about an approximative cost of 400-600 for minor scratch. And at the end Hertz applied the maximum amount of 1500NOK. when I call to complain they ask me to mail - no replies since 2 weeks, I mailed them to complai and asked them for evidence/ repair bill. Hertz stays mute.I lost hope, hertz lost a customer - If online hertz it's cheaper in fine it's not.

Jestem zadowolony z wynajmu, bezproblemowa obsługa. Szybkość w załatwieniu formalności, zdjęcia weryfikacyjne można było zrobić przez telefon (specjalny formularz) co pozwoliło na szybsze oddanie kaucji i rozliczenie auta.Auto dostaliśmy czyste - była to toyota corolla - hybrydowa. Bardzo przyjemny samochód i wypożyczalnia. Polecam (jak na razie)Po około tygodniu zeszła blokada środków 3000nok.Jak na razie bardzo polecam :-)
