We stayed one night at Valldal Guesthouse and we enjoyed it!The rooms were clean and tidy and the shared kitchen was clean and had a lot of equipment you can use to cook your meals. Our room was at the ground floor and we had a shared bathroom with two other rooms and we had no problem with that. The toilet was also pretty clean.When you arrive at the property, don't be surprised because there is no reception there but there are info about where you can pick up your keys at the hotel on the same road. The lady that gave us the keys was also very friendly and welcoming.Overall I would definitely recommend this option, it was a great value for money!

Les + : Logement sympathique, agréable, avec les petites attentions nécessaires assez qualitatives. Chambre spacieuse, accès à un salon et cuisine équipée.Les - : Vue de la chambre sur un cimetière, assez particulière comme ambiance... Paiement et informations pour accéder au logement uniquement auprès d'un autre hotel à 200 mètres, assez étonnant...

We stayed at this Guesthouse during our August vacation to Norway. The guesthouse was very clean. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. There is a shared kitchen where guests can cook and store their food in a shared refrigerator. It was a short walk to the water, a grocery store and we had a great dinner at a restaurant across the street. It was also a short drive to the Linge ferry that took the following morning. The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We'd love to stay here again.

The host was very helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The rooms are very pleasant and the kitchen is well accommodated. If you have a car, you are very close to many beautiful hiking options. By foot, it's also doable to get to the hiking trials on top of the mountain. I would certainly recommend this place!
