Ein schöner Souvenirladen der etwas außerhalb von Massentourismus liegt.Schwerpunkt liegt eindeutig auf Kleidung wie Mützen und anderer Kleidungsstücke.Artikel wie Trolle sind kaum vorhanden und nicht preiswert.Die Dame an der Kasse war sehr freundlich.

This incredible store exceeded every possible expectation. My wife and I visited Norway for our 4 year anniversary, and we saw many breathtaking sites, but this store still holds one of the most special places in our heart from all of our trip. Not only were all the workers attentive and helpful, but truly caring and kind, absolutely ready to help at a moment’s notice. And the owner, (Ms. Pator), left a lasting impression on us with her genuine interest in our experience in Norway, willingness to answer any questions we had, and sincerity in congratulating us for our anniversary. I won’t give specifics, but she left us with the warmest memory in respect to our celebration. The clothing is one of a kind, high quality, and reasonably priced. If only we had a store even comparable to this where we live! My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of our experience. If in Bergen, you must visit Windfjord. It’s just that simple.

Excellent customer service and great products. This was our favorite souvenir store in Norway. We bought some plates and they wrapped them in bubble wrap, so they made it all the way to the US safe and sound.

Products with doubtful quality and customer service is horrible. After one wash my jacket was completely damaged, went to the shop and they ignored me, the owner was at the counter and not even presented herself. I asked to speak with a manager supervisor or anything and they kept ignoring me. The owner hides herself when it comes to problems. Lost money, no reimbursement, no change for another product, nothing. Not even sorry. I mentioned i sent email before explaining but was no reply, and they said ' they are very busy this season with customers'. Well, im also a customer, and was ignored.

I don't understand these good reviews at all... The Staff full of attitide and with unpleasant faces... goods-well, maybe they are of good quality, but the shop in every corner says to you don't touch"
