We had an order of Chicken Satay and 2 orders of Chicken Pad Thai. The Chicken Satay appetizers were great! The chicken pad thai was not. It had a slight fish taste like maybe they had just cooked fish on a grill and then cooked our food on it. It didn't sit well with my husband and I. The service was fast and friendly though...

Taste here was good but when a customer thinks the chicken is raw take responsibility and make a new dish. Simple as that. This place was so cheap that they argued with us about the chicken supplier and that I would have to buy a new dish if I didn’t want to eat this one. At first they offered to make a new one with pork but then came back and asked if they could just fry the chicken which they had already given me. And when I said I just want a vegetarian option of my same dish I got the same curry with the chicken just picked out because I wasn’t willing to pay for a new one. I don’t want curry with raw chicken juices in it. The customer service and decisions from the kitchen which was clearly in charge and telling the waitress what to say were unbelievable.

Who would have thought that a very simplistic restaurant, located in a remote Norwegian city, between high schools and a stadium with sparse interior design and hardly any customers, would serve the best, most authentic Thai food we have encountered outside of Thailand? Unlikely, for sure, but this meal was just outstanding! We tried a number of their different dishes and disciplines, and they were all absolutely fabulous... I am not generous with my reviews, so you really owe it to yourself to make this a dinner destination if you are in the vicinity of Odda. - They do themselves absolutely no favors with the interior deco, but the super kind service and splendid food is worth the trip and warrant the 5 stars!

Pad Thai was surprisingly good!!! The texture of the noodle was incredibly good, just like in Thailand. The other 2 dishes, namely Panaeng curry and grilled spicy pork, were OK. They were not spicy like we expected.

Would call in and preorder if possible as the wait for food is abt an hr long. The seafood tom yum soup was the bomb. Fresh ingredients and delicious soup. It'll warm your chest and tantalise your tastebuds. But it's on the sweet side although we asked for above average spicy. Go for it!

Been there today with my girl and ordered spicy red curry and pad thai for takeaway. We were offered a glass of iced water for the waiting time.The food was amazing - well spiced, intense taste, based on good quality ingriedients. And the portion size was perfect. Prices are higher than average thai food outside a big Norwegian city, but still under 200nok per meal, which is absolutely perfect for what you get.Highly reccomended, will come again next time I’m hitting Odda!
