Definitely worth checking out if you're doing a Skorve hike.Note that there is NO complete airplane frame, it's just many pieces scattered all over the place, sometimes hundreds of metres apart. You can also see some on the slope to the top, straight above the memorial plate.Please DO NOT take any memorabilia with you, just respect the deceased crew and the plane's leftovers as-is. It's public accessible in good faith.This is the American plane. There is also a German plane (its leftovers) on the other side of the mountain, in a lake. But I did not visit that one though.
