Niestety widzę że w Norwegii nie trzeba posiadać kompetencji do udzielania informacji wystarczy być norwegiem. W recepcji nic nie wiedzą. Zmuszają do umowienia wizyty, człowiek traci czas po to aby dowiedzieć się że musi udać się w inne miejsce w recepji też można to podać. Ale po co.

I truly hope that this email will find right person to read these words.During corona time we are not only blocked or better said limited, with our social life, our family visits, traveling, but we are also very limited with government offices and working hours. When I said we, I mean general Oslo population...There has been over 8 months that am trying to fix documentation for my child and fallow all given instruction from embassy to whoever want to give me any direction, and no matter how much I have been trying there are days that after waiting 3-4 weeks for appointment I still couldn't finish anything.Today I have found that one person who did more and beyond, professionally, and extremely efficiently help me a lot. I might be very lucky that Miss Diana was working today, and I sow how much work she had while I have been waiting for my turn, yet still she great me with smile and expertise.I was bit late to hand over my documentation to be stamped, but Miss Diana Myrlund, with minutes which has been left, manage to do Notary service with such a professionality and helping advices regarding my documentation, that I was speechless.We should have more government people working and doing the job like miss Diana.This way I just want to say Thank You !Med vennlig hilsen,M.
