No electricity in the appartment and no wifi at all, and since there is no human ever there at the apartments, it was very difficult to get through to someone. When we did they told us to check the fuses ourselves!Also, no elevator, walk up all the stairs with your luggage.

I do not recommend this company at all. I booked a stay there before the Covid-19 and, as the pandemic started and traveling was not possible anymore, they were the only host that did not allow to cancel the booking. Althoug the offered postponing the booking, I shifted it by almost 12 months. Travelling was still not possible and they did not allow another shift. All in all I ended up loosing around 500 Euros. Never again Forenom anywhere

Cool Appartement to stay in Oslo. Location is very good to discover the city. Very good value for price (70€/night for an Appartement for 2 persons).Info: parking is possible on the street in front for 20€/day via easy park app)

Først fikk vi ikke koden til rommet, så fikk vi en kode, men til feil rom. Så fikk vi beskjed at vi var flyttet til det rommet koden vi fikk passet til.Dette rommet var ikke rengjort, skittent sengetøy, urin i do, vinglass, søppel og papp på gulvet.Ringte Forenom på nytt og fikk byttet om til et betraktelig dårligere rom i nærheten. Spurte om hvor mye mindre dette rommet kostet, og fikk som svar at enten så måtte vi bo på dette rommet for en dyrere pris enn det er verdt, eller så kunne vi bo på det skitne rommet i andre sine sengetøy.

Grei pris, men for tørr luft i leiligheten. Fin leilighet også, men sovesofaen bør skiftes ut. Ingen forklaring på hvor vi skal legge skittenvask, så det kan bli bedre. Ellers likte vi oss godt.

Fortjener ikke en stjerne en gang. Både leilighetene hos Sven Bruns gate 7 og Rosenborggata er full av narkomane. Skulle tømme søpla og stakk meg på en sprøytespiss. Ligger blå hansker overalt og inngangen lukter alltid røyk. Endte med tur til legevakta i over 7 timer

Jag undrar vad jag betalade för? Har varit på hostel i mindre rika länder och de har bättre standard än detta – att kalla det för lägenhetshotell är ett skämt. Smutsigt, illaluktande, slitet och knappt några redskap i köket. Rekommenderar ingen att bo där då du för samma pris får ett hotellrum på ett riktigt hotell i samma område.

Would not recommend.1. Key-lock code delayed for 3 hours; had to call them again and again.2. Rooms below the average ; hostel quality.3. No black-out curtains, too much light in the appartment from 2:00 am !!! Only darkness" time 0:00-2:004. Can accommodate barely 2 persons; by no means 4

If you want a super budget place to stay. This will be the place for you, a bit walking distance to King's Palace and other major tourist attractions. Doesn't have an elevator, keep in mind to mention in your booking if you have problems with stairs. Having large and heavy suitcases will not be easy specially if they put you in 3rd floor and up. No aircon and will be inconvenient during summer. Plus other rooms can pick up noise, they have a customer on the lower floor who partied the whole night till morning and all the noise echoes in to our room. No one bothered from the management to stop them.BTW, they instruct you to clean and vacuum (old and unefficient one) your room before checking out....how good is that? I am a regular hotel person but this was my first time to experienced this kind of thing. If you asked me, I will not come back this place I regret to drop my other hotel booking just because of a friend's recommendation.

Rude customer service. No respect and manners. Stayed multiple times and always some issue. Usually only small things but this event destroyed my entire day. Today I had to move from one of their locations and to this. I was very clear that it was important I could go straight to the location. She told me latest 14. its 14.25 now and they say 16 now.At 16 I should already be in a meeting. Called them up and talked about this - got told someone could let me in to wait in the lobby .Absolutely horrible and only to laugh at.
