Excellent and friendly service. The staff was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to fix our phone issue. We couldn't figure out how to re-enable on our Lyca SIM cards and even though he wasn't sure, he did everything possible to make it work again. In the end, we walked out of the store with data access again!

Had issues with SIM card and the worker was extremely nice and helped us fix our connection issues. The entire process took a long time but the man working the store was extremely friendly and even offered each of us a free cup of coffee while he helped fix our phone. He helped call the SIM card company and walked us through what he was doing on our phone to make sure we were comfortable with him helping. I would definitely recommend coming here if you have any issues with devices or even if you need help with your bicycles as I saw they sold bikes and bike parts. He didn’t ask us for anything for his help and even went as far to thank us since he had this opportunity to learn and help more people. Amazing customer service.
