Hovedøya

Hovedoya is one of the beautiful islands in Oslo Fjord. You need to take a ferry from Aker brygge B1 terminal and the next stop is Hovedoya.. its a great location for a picnic and barbecue with your friends and family. We went there this summer with friends and enjoyed a lot there. Ideal place for every age group and well maintained. There are some designated Barbecue grills which you can use, ofcourse you will have to bring your own coal etc. There is a small sandy beach where kids can play and you can enjoy a sunny day soaking in sun.. we spent entire afternoon but it still wanst enough...
